This is an obvious one, replace fast food with vegetables, carrots, celery. These kinds of foods can make a huge difference. I know it can be hard at first but just remember what you're life will be like once you're healthy and look good.

This needs its own section. Drinking soda is one of the number one reasons for obesity, want to know why? You're drinking tons of calories that don't fill you up! Get rid of that soda and start drinking water and milk.
3. Start exercising -
Exercising is key, try to find something you enjoy, and that you can do a lot. For instance, I love HIIT workouts, they are fast, extremely effective, and don't require much equipment. You can find these for free on YouTube or you can buy professional programs such as Insanity, both will work just fine.
