What is it?

Does it work?

Yes, the theory behind this program is sound. Personally I'm not a big fan of this style of working out. I find that messing with my carb intake can be difficult, and it causes me to have mood swings. However, if you're just looking to lose weight, this program will work for you.

3. Carb Back Loading


What is it?

Carb Back Loading is a program designed to help you lose weight while maintaining muscle. It is mainly a nutrition program, but it does talk a little bit about exercising.

Does it work?

Technically yes, but I would never recommend it to anybody. The program is based around carb loading, which can alter your mood, and be extremely hard to follow. I'm not a big fan of carb loading, and I think it should only be used by experienced dieters. I also feel like it's a little bit unhealthy.

Conclusion

This program is expensive, and it's not any better than the other 2 programs above. I would definitely recommend either of the two above programs over this one, save yourself the money and get something like Full Throttle Fat Loss.
